UAT -Testing new functionalities developed by the software vendor ODL ( Open Destination)

In charge of testing Finance functionalities for core ERP product. - Creating test case in line with a specification to test core functionality, identify and investigate ambiguities in test results. - Monitor test outcomes and assess the overall impact on core functionality and project requirements - Take responsibility for product ownership of specific areas of the system - Identify and implement processes to increase testing efficiency

Working as part of a technical support team. Responsible for solving technical and customer issues on Sage products, most notably Sage Line 500 and Fixed Asset Management. Tasked with identifying and anticipating product shortcomings together with writing detailed test plans. French Customer management – Providing customer support and technical assistance to a number of French and European customers. Windows XP, Unix operating systems – Identifying and solving customer issues on these platforms. Microsoft SQL Server 7 & SQL databases - Installation and configuration of these products. Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel – A Good working knowledge of these applications.

Within this global data networking company I provided multilingual first line support to many high profile customers including British Airways and MasterCard. Gained valuable experience of Windows 95/98/NT, MS Office Suite, Lotus Notes and various web-based network-monitoring tools. My initial duties involved network monitoring, pro-active fault handling and service engineer management and dispatch. I was also responsible for ensuring customer service level agreements were achieved and that customer escalations were handled correctly and professionally. Furthermore, I provided management support, mentoring and training to colleagues and new starters.
