Assisted Sales Journey – Development of Frontend Sales Applications across various channels ( commercial proposal, Bouygues Telecom's internal network stores, partner stores in large retail).

I successfully contributed to the redesign of a banking transaction portal, focusing on modernizing its interface and improving user experience.

Support the client to design, develop, deploy and maintain many impactful applications. Projects: - Reusable widget, across many portals, for Natural Language Generation (NLG) and managing automated analysis - Three financial Dashboards for management and analysis of performance on all costs, or IT costs in particular or allocated costs. - GPC & Moteur Tarifaire (Rating Engine) Activities: - Participated in defining and validating architecture and technical choices. - Developed technical socle, MVP and final applications. - Developed many responsive web interfaces. - Suggest and use the AG-Grid tool for managing data grids on all dashboards. - Developed POC for AG-Grid integration and for widget feasibility. - Helped to Hire and validate technical profiles. - Support developers and new joiners to asssimilate the development workflow. - Apply code review and build and deployment management process to the team. - Define and set up several CI/CD pipelines to insure better deployment quality with zero down time. - Migrated some applications from windosw IIS to private cloud with infra as code (Docker / Kubernetes / Jenkins ) - Deployed NLG widget on a private CDN (Content Delivery Network). - Participated in web chapter to exchange and share knowledge with other developers.

Project: -ORANGE ONLINE BANKING: Multi-Device Web Mobile Application Activities & Méthodologies: -Agile Scrum Methodology: Estimation, Daily Meetings, Demos, Planning Poker -Code review and validation for developers, ensuring consistency and quality. -Technical support for developers, addressing challenges encountered during the development process. -Technical coordination among architects and other technical experts to ensure seamless integration of system components. -Implementation of guidelines to enhance code quality within the development team. -Gathering functional requirements and translating them into technical stories for clear understanding and successful implementation. -Establishment of unit tests and end-to-end (E2E) tests to ensure code reliability and robustness. -Implementation of a web analytics system (Adobe) for in-depth performance evaluation. -Development of the following modules: *Banking operations list: listing, donuts, category changes. *Management of client documents and requests. *User profile: personal information, useful links, general conditions. *Implementation of a filter for transaction operations.
