Amongst the main goals of SAFRAN's IT department is to strengthen its position with GenAI skill by deploying Cloud First strategy and focusing on Generative AI. SAFRAN is developping its cloud, data and AI platforms and tools, while supporting the various Generative AI initiatives.

Christian Louboutin is a global luxury brand leader when it comes to shoes for women and men and leather goods. With in the IT department, I have been working as SAFe Scrum Master with 3 Streams: - Back Office stream is working with Accounting, Treasury, Legal & HR departments on various subjects as implementing M3, Netting. - EndUser stream is responsible for implementing digital workplace ( unified management of devices, SCCM, SSO, Deploying collaborative platforms & tools), Citrix, AD Manager - Manufacturing stream is working on deploying and evolving all applications used on daily basis on factories( Apache, AHR, Qlik) and managing the product life cycle & hierarchy (PLM, MDS) My main goal is to help aligning all these streams within the release train to ensure the common organization goals are met. I have been working too with each stream to deliver the expected value and improve teams' productivity (better quality, shorter TTM). Moreover, I am working closely with POs to manage the backlog and plan our releases.

BNP Paribas is amongst the leaders in the banking industry in France and in Europe. In order to meet the new PSD 2 requirements which allows TPP (Third Party Partners) to have access to all European banks’ APIs. A new project has been launched to set an SSO (Single Sign On) for all bank’s brands in France (Enterprise, Professional, Private, Public, HelloBank!) and also to provide APIs access to TPP. During this project, I am the SM of two teams: the first team is a development team (Scrum team) composed of 5 dev, 1 architect, 1BA, 1PO and me, the second one (Kanban team) is composed of 4 architects and its main role to provide assistance to other BNP banking teams with technical support and troubleshooting related to authentication. • Preparing the backlog with the BA and PO • Animate Agile ceremonies • Coaching the team (agile values, agile games) • Monitoring sprint and teams health check • Removing impediments Technical environment: • Jira, Confluence, git, Sonar
