1. Perform diagnostic of procurement functions and collaborate to their assessment, identify improvement initiatives and assist clients with the execution of these recommendations. 2. Support clients through all procurement relevant phases, from concept to implementation. 3. Provide client with expert advice and analysis on procurement and contracting processes, or manages these processes on behalf of the stakeholders. 4. Tender and contract Management: • Create documents and evaluation guides, resulting contracts or purchase orders, notification letters, etc. • Compose, solicit, award and administer solicitations in accordance with the procurement policy and procedures and guidelines, including any applicable trade agreements and any conflicts of interest • Write contracts and their schedules that adhere to the requirements of the solicitation and incorporates proponent / bidder responses with appropriate supporting documentation • Respond to contentious issues or queries regarding contract management, corporate contracting guidelines and instruction.

Manage the Procurement Team , to ensure the purchasing of all company requests ( Services & Material) within the agreed deadline and lowest possible prices: 1. Liaise with line manager & concerned departments to ensure periodic updates for the procurement & inventory procedures. 2. Supervise procurement & inventory team’s work & ensure that’s stick with company’s procedure & policies. 3. Manage & ensure the work harmony of the procurement & inventory team. 4. Maintain / update agreements with existing suppliers & negotiate others with new vendors. 5. Upgrade agreements with strategic suppliers & establish partnership with them. 6. Create & implement supplier’s evaluation methods & procedures. 7. Create & implement cost reduction programs/practices. 8. Follow with the concerned persons the progress of each project and updated /adjust, procurement task accordingly. 9. Follow & cascade the consumption of procurement budget for each project. 10. Guarantee filing tasks & cascade the lessons to be learned (L2BL). 11. Reporting for line manager and management team purchasing progress and budget consumption for each project.
