Responsibilities: - Support for SAP deployment and harmonization of post-merger business processes between Alstom & Bombardier. - Facilitation of workshops with BPOs, BPEs, RPBEs to align business practices and ensure adoption. - Development of a SharePoint knowledge base to centralize training documentation and track adoption. - Implementation of Agile strategies (Scrum, Kanban) to manage digital transformation projects.
