Contributing to the development of a connected medical device by designing, integrating, and validating embedded software components across multiple system layers. Key Responsibilities: Development and integration of hardware drivers: BMS system, Sensors(A/D), PWM LEDs, Pumps, Heaters, LCD, and SD Card. Implementation of Flash memory configuration and programming routines. Integration of existing software stacks: LVGL (GUI), FATFS (file system), BLE, and USB stack. Implementation of middleware applications: Error Manager, Command Manager, and system services coordination. Application of the V-cycle development methodology, from requirement analysis to system validation. Requirements and specification analysis in collaboration with system and hardware teams. Participation in system engineering activities to ensure end-to-end software-hardware integration. Schematic reading and datasheet analysis for peripheral interfacing and hardware understanding. Software and OS profiling for runtime analysis, CPU load monitoring, and task execution optimization. Hardware debugging and validation using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters. Application of medical device software quality and regulatory standards as daily guiding rules: • ISO 13485 — Quality Management System for Medical Devices • IEC 62304 — Software lifecycle for medical devices • ISO 14971 — Risk Management for Medical Devices • MDR — EU Medical Device Regulation • IEC 81001-5-1 — Health Software Cybersecurity Requirements Collaboration with hardware, Data & IA and quality teams to ensure reliable and compliant software delivery. Technical Environment: RENESASE, MicroShip,ST,C, FreeRTOS, LVGL, FATFS, BLE, USB, I2C, SPI, UART, PWM, SDIO, Git, Jira, Doxygen,CAN,NFC,ADC,DAC.

Nauvelis provides a software Framework/Libraries based on QT/C++, which helps companies build solutions that help end user to centralize the management of hybrid IoT Devices in different environments: Industry, home automation, ect.. My Task was to provide a gateway module based on the farmwork that can handle IoT devices which use Bluetooth Low Energy as communication protocol. tasks were as follow: - Understanding Bluetooth LE Stack - Understanding the Qt BLE Stack APIs - Identify the hardware board that matchs the software requirements. - clarify technical requirements - design the software architecture using UML - Implementation of the module using C++/Qt - Unit Test of the BLE Module features - deployment of the software in Docker container - flashing the software on the hardware target (Raspberry Pi 4)
