Manage customer's relationship on all levels as well as onsite/offfshore teams and develop Cognizant's business in France

Since 2007, Account Manager, management of all projects for one of Cognizant’s customer, Travel & Hospitality vertical (T&H), started by Re-engineering its main line of business using a modularized and standardized design approach along with reverse documentation. Delivered successfully on time and within budget on October 15 2007. Responsibilities include, customer relationship on all levels, management of the onsite/offshore team, reporting and preparing steering committees, monthly review of the health of the account, budget control and P&L, preparing RFPs….etc. During this period, I was tasked to manage a troubled project regarding the migration of a financial and accounting application for a banking affiliate of an automobile manufacturer from Cobol/mainframe to Java/Unix environment. A one year contract which includes rewriting about 25 Domain applications from scratch based mainly on source code. As MS Alliance manager since last October, reinforce relationship with Microsoft, especially in France. Helped 2 major account managers’ teams push MS solution and platform. Participated in several MS meetings to replace ALM (Quality Center) tool by TFS for one of their important customers. Consultancy in implementing different stages of CMMI and Agile methodologies such as Requirements Management and Testing. Full delivery responsibility for migration of Quality Center testing platform to Team Foundation Server 2010 and 2 PTaaS engagements (Platform Testing as a Service. Also, chasing some new accounts to add new logos in T&H for BI and analytics. Recently, I participated in responding to a complex RFP evaluated at 15M over 3 years.
