I joined Foundever to help shape and establish the new AI department within a global organization (~150,000 employees). - Led the development and delivery of key AI products, from concept to production. - Recruited, built, and managed full-stack engineering squads. - Represented AI products in management-level meetings, aligning technical roadmaps with business goals. In less than 2 years, we grew the AI team from scratch to 60 people (30 engineers)

At Laiye, my mission was to build mission critical dashboards to enable our clients to get the best insights from their chatbots. It involved: - Building a data collection pipeline (Python, RabbitMQ) - Aggregating data for a strong focus on performance (PostgreSQL, Query optimisation) - Building APIs to serve this data (API design, Ruby on Rails) - Building the front-end components to display this data the best way possible (ReactJS)

2022 was the perfect time for me to finally lauch my start-up. At Qivio, I was the CTO, which is more of an operational tech lead & product manager at this stage. We recruited a team of 9 people and built a neo-insurance with a novel distribution strategy. My role was building the product (web & mobile apps) and managing the tech team.

At Mindsay, I worked on a microservices architecture (~20-30 services), building an AI Chatbot SaaS platform. It was a very key experience at the beginning my career, learning from a very talented team in a fast moving environment (from pre-seed to 10M raised and buyout 2 years later).

I started my career in a software&web agency, working on many different projects. It was a perfect environment as a junior, to see many projects and learn a lot of different tools and technologies.
