QHSE Project Manager - TKUES UHDE - ArcelorMittal Dunkerque • Advise the Project Manager on all aspects of site health and safety • Reporting to THYSSENKRUPP management and the client. • Familiarize all on-site employees with the construction site HSE program (talks, training, etc.) • Implement a tool for monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) throughout the construction period. • Carry out accident analyses and develop an action plan • Field supervision (lifting, working at height, demolition, etc.) and carrying out audits • Development / Update of MOS • Verification of tool conformity and monitoring of certifications (lifting equipment, PPE, machinery, hoist, etc.) • Toolbox talk • Measurement and monitoring of CO gas in the work area • Participation in project meetings (coordination, security, project progress) • Preparation of Joint Prior Inspection reports (subcontractors) • Monitoring of work permits and fire permits • monitoring PPE • Monitoring of deposits (gas, electricity, etc.)
