Responsible to establish Trading, middle office and back office department for a team of six employees. Joint-responsibility for ensuring that the core banking system reflects all pertinent current rules and regulations, as well as internal and external needs and service offering, as the SME for Operation (Middle & Back Office). Joint-responsibility for ensuring that the CRM system reflects all pertinent current rules and regulations, as well as internal and external needs and service offering, as the SME for Client Onboarding / Documentation Department. Responsible for the testing of the core banking system including end-to-end functional testing for the overall initial setup. Responsible for designing and recording the setup of the procedural flows in the core banking system for all asset classes (incl. Crypto currencies).

Supports sales team in preparing offers, sales actions, leading/promoting sales campaigns and deliver responses to RFI/RFP. Prepares and deliver presentation, demonstrations, workshop & proofs of concept in collaboration with the sales force, leading/participating to promo. Responsible with presales team members for the creation and maintenance of the “OLYMPIC Sales Kit”. Responsible for testing of new products.

Managed a team of four employees Oversaw and executed all transactions (i.e. Fiduciary deposits, foreign exchange spot and forward, swaps, securities such as shares, bonds, hedge funds, private equities, options, etc.) in a timely manner including preparation forms as well as completion of related memorandum of understanding, private equity and related arrangement of payment when if required of capital calls. Monitored all pending orders and related confirmations of execution. Oversaw management of capital adequacy and liquidity management ensuring compliance with relevant Swiss regulatory requirements Cash Management Funded and refinanced the loan book and managed any excess liquidity to optimise the bank’s net interest income. Acted as member of the ALCO team. Acted as member of the Credit Administration Forum. Acted as member of the Investment Forum

Oversaw and executed of all transactions for Nostro and Clients (i.e Forex, spot and forward, swaps, money market, fiduciary deposits), managed treasury including overseeing capital adequacy and liquidity management in compliance with Swiss regulatory environment and cash management .

Book-keeper (supplies and debtors) with duties encompassing debt collections, hedging of foreign exchange positions and liaison and support of suppliers and clients.
