• Genesis Acoustics is an expert in sound design and provides its clients with unique solutions, studies and training. I was hired to improve an engine sound enhancement device for the automotive industry. • After studying different techniques of cabin FRF (Frequency Response Function) measurement and time-frequency analysis, I led the testing of the newly developed solution and I came up with different opportunities for improvement. I mainly focused on reducing the interference between the real engine sound and the synthesized one. • My work enabled Genesis to secure a massive contract with a well-known Korean automotive manufacturer.

• The Oxygen Systems division I worked in is divided into two entities, one in France and the other in the US. These two entities had different program management methodologies and my manager hired me to lead the process harmonization project. • I designed a Program Management Procedure that normalizes every step of a program, from the Request for Proposal to the Certification Support. I led the establishment of a Risk Management plan in order to identify, assess, handle and monitor risks within a program. I also led the non-technical requirements management for the Embraer E2 program, and wrote the Statement of Work of the Comac C919 program. • Since January 2014, all the program managers follow the Program Management Procedure I implemented and use the Program Dashboard template I updated. This led to a better standardization between those divisions and thus substantial time and resource saving.
