Leading the modernization of a legacy product configuration platform for a luxury electrical equipment brand. Rebuilt the application using a modern stack (React, Express.js) and redesigned the system architecture. Implemented CI/CD pipelines and multi-environment workflows to automate testing and deployment. Continuing to maintain the platform and develop new features as part of an ongoing freelance collaboration.

Designed and built a full-stack mobile application from scratch focused on real-time multiplayer interactions and in-app payments. Developed the backend and mobile application using Express.js and React Native (Expo). Implemented real-time multiplayer game logic using WebSockets. Integrated Google Play and App Store payment systems. Handled the full development lifecycle independently, including architecture, backend services, and mobile application development.

Led the development of a new central platform module used to manage vehicles, machines, and equipment across the company’s operational fleet. Modernized the application stack by upgrading from Spring 3 to Spring 6, Java 8 to Java 17, and migrating the frontend from AngularJS to SvelteKit. Redesigned parts of the system architecture and introduced a new modular structure to support future platform evolution. Implemented a multi-environment workflow and CI/CD pipeline to automate testing and deployment across different environments. The new architecture was designed to simplify the progressive migration of the company’s legacy modules.

Contributed to the maintenance and improvement of a legacy product configuration platform built with PHP and vanilla JavaScript. Investigated and resolved critical issues affecting system stability and user workflows. Improved performance and reliability by fixing application-breaking bugs and optimizing existing components. Gained deep understanding of the legacy architecture, preparing the groundwork for future modernization.

Worked within a team of 8 developers (including 5 interns) on a legacy enterprise platform used for internal operations. Contributed to the development of a new CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) module built with Java (Spring Boot), MongoDB, and AngularJS. Focused primarily on backend development, designing database models and implementing core business logic and algorithms. Acted as backend lead within the intern team while also contributing to frontend features, UX improvements, and system testing.
