Global Entrepreneur was a challenging opportunity for me to develop my leadership qualities of self awareness, solution orientation, empowering others and world citizenship while living a cross-cultural startup experience. In Global Entrepreneur, I have worked abroad (Corfu,Greece) in a startup with entrepreneurs to advance their goals and grow.

I have worked on behalf of a French company as a project Manager where I was in constant contact with all departments. My mission was to lead the product from the Feasibility study phase to its production. I developed during this experience many skills such as : - Piloting of the stages (from study to industrialization) - Identification of risks and issues - Piloting of different cells (production, methods, quality, purchases) - Drafting of specifications (definition of objectives) - Drafting of the study plan - Follow-up of tasks and respect of quality / cost / time objectives

The objective of my graduation project was the study and the industrialization of a low-voltage cable connection for the norwegian rail network. We started with an environmental study to define the specifications and thereafter,design our product. the second part of the project was to establish the essential means for the industrialization of ou railway insulated piercing connector.
