• Lead all activities required to deliver a complex L0L2+ software product within a large geographically distributed team to time, cost and quality. • Interface with all relevant functions from Engineering, Sales, Quality Assurance and Finance as well as customer stakeholders. • Manage and maintain Product Development Process Timing and Gateway Requirements. • Planning and Scheduling of key events and activities in accordance to overall program.

• Lead large cross functional teams (60+ FTE) from product definition to go-live . • Main point of escalation in all aspects for the program (staffing, planning slippage, Alerts, risks, …) • Responsible for the overall delivery of programs. with project objectives to be in-scope, on-budget, on-schedule, and with high quality standards and customer satisfaction. • Management of all aspects of the program including change requests, risk and impediment mitigation, key milestones, budgets, deliverables as well as resource hiring and team performance appraisals. • Manage steering committees with client (e.g. VPs, Contract Manager, Procurement department, Domain leads) w.r.t operational activities, SLA and KPI adherence • Ability to prioritize and arbitrate on all aspects of the programs as required. • Proven track record of customer satisfaction through regular surveys. • Business Growth: contribute actively to RFPs and pre-sales activities for new opportunities. Work on proposals and involved in RFP orals and presentations. Successful contract renewal. • Lead the Agile transformation on the overall program in 2018. Provided support to projects teams in the Agile journey (Agile Transformation Plan, Gap Analysis, Action Plan). • Provide servant leadership in the adoption of Agile practices, culture and values. • Participate to Agile events (e.g. presentation on stage with Q&A session - Agile Tour Paris -Microsoft in Nov 2016)

• Development of embedded applications on mobile phones with ARM architectures within a high real time constraints environment. • Involved from design specifications, through coding to validation and maintenance. • Implementation of GSM/GPRS/EDGE protocols in low layers (DSP, MCU). • Developments of speech recognition applications (local, VoIP) and porting on several mobile phones. • Expertise in audio encoding/decoding (AMR, AAC, A2DP, speech recognition). • International and multi cultural environment. CMMI level 3. • Programming in C, Unix platforms (Sun).
