VinFast was established and opened in 2017 as a private automotive start-up manufacturer, forming part of the Vietnamese conglomerate, Vingroup. The business employs 60k employees. I joined the business to create and embed IT infrastructure and systems to support sales and delivery of electrical vehicles. Within this, I built a team of 6 managers, established nearshore and offshore teams to lead implementation of Salesforce, and created a nearshore team to implement SAP, FICO, MM, SD, and VM. In addition, I coordinated HQ to develop and launch the European website and embed GDPR compliance across all projects and initiatives.

Employing 150 people across multiple international offices, Eaglemoss is the world’s leading partwork publisher and licensed collectible company, producing and distributing +150 collections across 5 continents in 13 languages. I was hired as part of the Executive Committee to drive and lead a complete digital transformation of the eShop to increase revenue. I spearheaded strategic planning of the new CRM, implemented a new Datawarehouse and Stock Management System, and centralised digital development.

Segula Technologies is an engineering business who are most active in the automotive sector, working with OEMs to deliver ambitious projects surrounding end-to-end vehicle delivery. The business employs more than 10k employees. I was employed as part of the international director’s board to drive new business streams through a global digital transformation. During my tenure, I created a real-time dashboard for Executives, managed day-to-day activities, and supported another platform to consolidate ERP, CRM, and HRIS into one platform. I rolled out ERP and CRM globally, gathered support from suppliers to lead CRM rollout to multiple countries, led supplier selection processes, and built relationships with new partners.

Bisnode (now Black Tiger) is a digital data marketing services company, offering support with decision-making surrounding the creation of digital business, marketing, and credit information, employee 3k people. I joined the business at a senior level and as a shareholder with the objective of optimising the French subsidiary for a divestment. I managed 60 personnel and created a new Data team to manage secure data, embedding a strategy that focused on Data Governance. Additionally, I ran an audit and developed an IT roadmap, and ran workshops across all business lines.
