Pilotage AMOA des évolutions fonctionnelles des outils internes liés au traitement des dossiers CEE, en coordination avec les équipes métier, développement, recette et support. • Cadrage et au suivi de SIA, outil interne d'intelligence artificielle permettant d'analyser automatiquement les pièces justificatives et de valider la conformité des dossiers CEE. • Formalisation des besoins métier, rédaction des spécifications fonctionnelles, priorisation du backlog et suivi des développements via Jira, dans un contexte réglementaire exigeant. • Coordination des recettes fonctionnelles sur les parcours CEE : analyse des anomalies, qualification des écarts, arbitrage métier et suivi des corrections jusqu'à la mise en production. • Optimisation des processus de contrôle documentaire grâce à l'IA : automatisation des vérifications, sécurisation des dossiers, réduction des contrôles manuels et amélioration de la fiabilité des analyses.

Pilotage de projets d'infrastructure IT, intégrant des enjeux stratégiques pour la transformation numérique de l'entreprise. Rôle hybride combinant Product Management, Product Ownership et Scrum Mastering : PM : Définition de la roadmap produit et alignement des objectifs business et techniques. As a cross-functional project manager at DDS, I led the effort to centralize development tools, in particular Jira, Gitlab and Github, in response to a significant dispersion of these resources. My objective was to strongly encourage SG developers and users to migrate to a single instance of Jira or Gitlab, aiming to rationalize our resources and achieve significant cost savings. This initiative required proactive communication and direct engagement with the parties concerned, demonstrating my ability to optimize the infrastructure and improve the operational efficiency of the DDS team. • Close collaboration in co-leading Agile sprints, where Jira is our main tool for planning and monitoring. • Conducted customer interviews to gather requirements. • Contributed to the adoption of DevOps and automation practices via tools such as XL Deploy and ArgoCD. • Monitored and managed project budgets, ensuring that expenditure remained in line with expectations.
