o Provide technical and functional support to customer’s issues for SAP FI module (through the SAP Portal and Chat tool). o Discuss complex issues internally to resolve urgent requests and escalate them when needed. o Ensure proper escalation and routing of customer’s issues. o Maintain accurate, high-quality and timely documentation of all steps and activities undertaken. o Routinely update customers, following SLA guidelines, on active issues to gain additional information. o Participate in the SAP knowledge-sharing project according to the KCS methodology. o Participate in the SAP Customer Adviser Initiative. o Publish wiki articles on wiki.scn.sap.com. o Keep aware of and comply with all corporate policies. o Reconcile Treasury application with the different sub ledgers in SAGE. o Prepare bank reconciliation monthly. o Check daily balances in UIB Net On-line Inquiry and match them with Daily Cash Position Report. o Negotiate with the change room for the currency selling operation. o Track all the intercompany collections and debts/Follow up with HP entities worldwide. o Process supplier payments o Ensure treasury forecast monthly. o Download Journal vouchers for the data import from SAGE to US GAAP.
