Missions principales: - Gestion des modules SAP SD et PS pour un grand projet d'infrastructure réseau - Assurer les tâches MOE pour la réalisation des projets en respectant toutes les étapes de la conception jusqu'à mise en production. - Gérer les demandes métier et coordination entre eux et les équipes qualité et développement. - Préparation des chiffrages et cahiers de charges - Réalisation et modifications des spécifications fonctionnelles.

-Functional management of SAP MM-SD requests and incidents for a leader in avation. -Process and analyze of incidents in the scope of Master data, Manufacturing Engineering, purchase order, purchase requisition, contracts and suppliers . -Treatment of service requests (data creation, User management). -Creation and configuration of materials according to the request of the design office. -blocking and analysis of blocked tails -Creation and parameterization of nomenclatures -Improvement of service, stability and ensure the reliability of the different SAP modules by corrective and preventive actions, as well as proposing workarounds. -Support function of key-users on the following domains: Master Data, Manufacturing Engineering, Flying and Airsupply. -Analysis and drafting of incident resolution sheets while feeding the knowledge base. -Monitoring incoming and outgoing idocs ensuring their integrations. -Management of monitoring and errors following the jobs between the different SAP systems by NATCO. -Participation at the points of transfer of knowledge with the experts. -Enhance training for newcomers on Master Data, Manufacturing Engineering, Flying and Airsupply. -Use Qwery and LSMW for massive data processing.

- Providing desk side I/T support to Dell customers for individuals, small and medium businesses. - PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Acting as Team Lead with activities such as backlog follow-up, Compliance, training, mentoring, Process Refresh... -Take ownership and resolve user hardware and software issues. -Advanced understanding of the fundamentals of network and server/desktop administration, installations, upgrades, tools, materials, and equipment. -Responsible for monitoring I/T infrastructure -Take ownership and grow existing I/T policies and procedures. -Shows initiative to come up with new policies and procedures. -Work with 3rd parties to deliver and maintain outside I/T services -Deliver service within agreed SLA -Assist other I/T departments when required -Interacts with the users on their potential future business requirements. -Sell and propose hardware and software solutions, and services to customers -track orders and provide after-sales service
