I worked on mySchneider, an all-in-one personalized digital experience platform for our customers and partners built on AWS with focus on the Order Experience aspect. My core responsibilities included: Requirement specification including definition of user stories, collaboration with development and testing teams to get these user stories delivered, sprint planning, coordination meetings, handover to the support and business teams post implementation and stakeholder management.

As a Product Manager, I was working for the flagship digital onboarding solution ENS (ENSource) and digital collection application (ENCollect). Working in the start up space gave me an opportunity to don multiple hats. A typical work day included: working on the product roadmap and understanding which product features need to be focussed on during the next sprint, meetings with clients to understand how a specific product feature can be tweaked to suit their requirement, giving product demo to potential clients, working on enhancing strategic partnerships and writing and reviewing functional requirement documents and collaborating with the Development, QA and operations team for a smooth workflow.

Working with the Mortgage Builder Product team to build and enhance the integration capabilities with other interfaces.

In a Product manager role, I was managing content requirements and delivery for Thomson Reuters Data Warehouse (TRDW). TRDW is an in-house proprietary data ingestion system that integrates best-of-breed financial data into one consolidated database, offering unique financial data management and research solution in capital market space. - Create detailed content requirement specifications, data model and functional specifications for rendering the content in downstream products and workflow solutions. - Own product lifecycle end-to-end and be hands-on with development, QA and operations team to ensure timely product release to consumers. - Interact and engage with multiple stakeholders namely product, proposition and other cross functional teams, to define the commercial priorities and road map.

Worked on One HSBC programme, that was built to standardize the in-house banking applications and processes. - Prepare Use Case Documents and User Interface Specifications to be passed on to the business and development teams. - Conduct functional walkthroughs for the development and testing team to enhance their understanding of the functionality.

Worked with a Broking and Custodial Services client and prepared Functional Specs necessary to initiate the Report Generation module.
