My role: improving the e-commerce, after-sales and sales platforms. Working in a small team of designers, in close collaboration with the POs, developers and data analysts. Key projects: - Development of a user dashboard for buying a vehicle: interface linking with the dealerships (Phygital) (configuration, communication, finance simulators, personalised suggestions, etc.). >> Time savings for dealers >> Faster, more relevant responses for users: Previously, dealers could take several days to respond to user requests. On the platform, users are more autonomous. User requests are more complete and easier for dealers to process. - Development of the accessories sales platform - Business tool for managing sales promotions for stock and customised vehicles. >> Time saving for all >> Secure file, fewer errors: VPPs and DIACs can track the various changes >> Reporting: VPPs and DIACs can see which dealers are following their recommendations and which discounts are having the greatest impact on sales. Multidisciplinary in the beginning, I have extensive experience working on 360° projects, including activation, street marketing, and media for major Parisian agencies. For over seven years, I have been a freelance professional, focusing primarily on digital projects. I provide my clients with brand strategy and digital experiences that align with their positioning and DNA. My boundless curiosity has also led me to the music industry, where I have designed several album covers and explored mapping and projection.
