AVT Séjours pour Tous est une association propriétaire de 2 gites de groupes, situés en moyenne montagne en Isère. Le coeur du projet associatif de l'association est l'organisation de séjours de vacances adaptés (agrément VAO) pour les publics en situation de handicap. L'association souhaite développer son activité en faveur de nouvelles clientèles (familles, associations sportives, entreprises.... ). Ma mission consiste à toucher ces nouveaux publics par une communication ciblée, à développer la notoriété de l'association et à développer la commercialisation. Je contribue également à l'organisation des séjours adaptés et à l'accueil des publics. Enfin, je participe à la préparation des gites avant l'arrivée des groupes, leur aménagement et leur maintenance.

J'ai piloté pendant 2 ans un nouveau projet d’accessibilité au sport pour les seniors, pendant 2 ans, à Saint-Priest (69). Ce projet a rassemblé des partenaires sociaux, acteurs du monde sportif, des élus locaux, la mairie, et associations de quartier. J'étais en charge de l'organisation et animation des réunions de travail, et ai assuré le suivi du projet jusqu'à l'élaboration des programmes

I wrote a book for Actes Sud Publisher, as part of the edition of a new series : "Le sens du sport". This book is entirely focused on karate : the values of this martial art and the "Education through sport " projects, in which karate is used as a tool to help people. For instance : karate and young people integration, karate in jail - karate and illness ... It is also simply a way of underlining the positive energy this martial art can bring. Above all, this book is a journalistic investigation, based on interviews of karatekas, projects leaders, experts and masters and institutions

Mission : Promoting and developing the fair tourism sector in France - Created the « Association for Fair Tourism » (ATES) and managed the first French network in the sector (27 member organisations) - Defined and implemented communication strategy to raise awareness of medias, public and partners (conferences, press contacts, representation of the organisation ATES, trade shows, brochures) - Negotiated partnerships with the largest French private companies' labour committees (CCAS, France Telecom, CGOS) - Rebuilt the website www.tourismesolidaire.org - Directed studies on fair tourism French market and on African products/economic operators - Achievements: Increased ATES cash flow, a 50% increase of client volume within 3 years

Mission : Handling a health programme for nomadic populations in the North of Niger - Coordinated the local team (12 people) - Managed relationships with local authorities - Organised the Rehabilitation of local health centers - Supervised budget and accounting work

Mission: Planning and implementing a European project funded by the European Commission « Promoting the health of migrant Roma populations living in precarious conditions » - Coordinated a European network (6 countries), supervised budget, maintained relationships with fund providers (European Commission, Ministry of Health), objectives measurement and follow-up - Managed a 3 member team - Organised and led workshops, organised seminars and final colloquium (380 participants, 17 countries) - Achievements: elaboration of 6 European health promotion programmes.

Mission : Implementing the marketing and communication strategy to strengthen company position and taking part in the development projects. - Managed Marketing and Communication departments: conception and monitoring of brochures production, creation of the new data base system, communication and PR operations (annual budget 540 k€) - Organised cultural events for the public - Set up the internal communication : meetings, editor of the internal newsletter - Created and managed the reception desk of the new agency (5 people) - Organised recruitment of new sales teams and implemented training program (40 people in 2 years)
