My main activities are : recruitment, personal administration, payroll, training, social relations, HR communication and reporting. - Recruitment : Managing all processes and the relationship with the Business Schools and the recruitment agencies - Skills Management : Progress Review, internal mobility and International Mobility - Training : training plan, budget management and relationship with the training centers and OPCA - Management Board : participation in strategic orientations - Business Partner : providing concrete support to managers and the Board - Personnel Management : managing administrative tasks - Advising on the HR policy and Legal issues - Managing and monitoring disciplinary processes - Reporting : headcount - Developing HR communication - Compensation analysis and monitoring salary budget - Payroll : Managing the whole process and social déclarations - Managing the relationship with the unions : election, monthly meeting - Implementation of HR agreements
