The Hotel Noir is the second hotel of the Hotels Contemporaines which is located a few minutes from the Champs Elysées. Charming hotel, immersed in a very Parisian atmosphere, it is a place in movement where the decor, through its images, colours, softened lights or scenery, evolves every day within its 18 rooms. In charge of the reception, management and reservations, billing detailing, follow-up and response to customer comments on Booking, Expedia, and Trip advisor, bi-weekly reporting to the management.

Customer satisfaction management and response on social networks (TripAdvisor, Expedia, Choice hotels, etc), Creation of a daily reporting on direct sales, with a monthly detailed account sales report with solutions, dropouts, and opportunities. Processing of reservations requests: sending of documentation, preparation of estimates and sales conversions. Commercial approach twice a week (in English / Spanish/ French)
