Advise on contract law issues, draft and review agreements and assist sourcing managers in negotiation phase, Assist in developing agreement templates and instructions and Conduct legal and factual research. Contributing to the development of legal contracts automation to keep costs down, speed up turnaround times, reduce risk, and work as efficiently as possible while maintaining a high quality of work product.

Lead a team of 20 staff members and 10 lawyers in achieving the overall project deliverables, carried out thematic assessments in the areas of expertise, analyzed and coordinated donor reports, conducted grant reviews and monthly reports, worked closely with the ICLA Specialist in ensuring the operationalization of the strategies in country, ensurde the completion of the various periodic data collection and analysis tools required by the Protection Cluster, prepared work plans and for ICLA teams, established client outreach, screening and identification procedures.

Managed the Rule of Law Programme MENA and supported the continual exchange of experience and information between representatives of governmental institutions, legal scholars, practitioners, and civil society, on a peer-to peer basis, to equip partners with the needed expertise in achieving their reform aims.

Implemented strategies and action plans as per the agreement signed between the American University of Beirut, World learning and the US Middle East Partnership Initiative (US government). Managed the academic components in close coordination with the academic coordinator and appointed experts. Ensured the full implementation of the academic component from initiation till closing.

Developed the asset management system, including the establishment of the Asset Management Unit, and departmental policies and procedures. Maintained the strategic and annual asset management plans aligned with the departmental strategy. Developed asset registers and monitored the implementation of the asset acquisition, maintenance and disposal plans. Verified the physical asset and update with changes. Prepared a monthly reconciliation with different departments of the asset registers according to the relevant records. Trained the support service assistants on new policies and procedures.

Coordinated the "Inter-university Program on International Criminal Law and Procedure " between the Special Tribunal for Lebanon, Asser institute in the Hague and the Lebanese panel committee composed of human rights and international law professors from eight local universities.
