– Sole designer on a founder-led marketplace: 40+ responsive screens across IA, flows, UI, and brand identity, plus a scalable Figma component library that lets engineers ship features without design bottlenecks.

– Designed and shipped the COA Template Builder - a new feature that turned compliance from a manual checklist into a structural property of the document. Internal time-on-task tracking showed Certificate of Analysis creation drop from ~45 minutes to ~13. Adopted by every QA team on the platform within two months. – Built out the ESV design system from a loose component library into a versioned, multi-module foundation - tokens, documented patterns, and a contribution model engineering could ship against without design review. Cut the most-flagged consistency issues (typography, button states, form density) to near zero across the four core modules.

– Designed multisensory AR learning tools - visual, tactile, and auditory - as part of a research collaboration on accessible learning interfaces. – Ran usability studies with 80+ participants; findings showed measurable gains in engagement and retention compared to baseline tools.

– Designed a WCAG 2.1 AA compliant, gamified learning platform exploring the possibility of a scalable Accessibility Champion Program - built around real certification pathways and progressive skill-building. – Concept was reviewed by accessibility practitioners at Intuit, validating the approach with internal stakeholders.

– Prototyped interaction concepts for Samsung smartwatches under a Samsung x NID partnership - shortlisted for internal review.
