As Client Services Chief Lead France in the pharmaceutical industry, I lead a team of 11 onsite engineers in France. Activities: -Drive delivery execution: track activities, monitor and handles projects, delegate tasks and set deadlines -Manage customer relationship, building confidence and trust; ensure project progress, -Drive the team to reach defined targets, analyse the team data and prepare an action plan for improving the services - Evaluate the team every quarter and perform one on one meetings with each member of the team -Communicate effectively relevant information to the team members and provide directions and support - Recruitment, hiring and termination related activities - Handle leaves and availability management -Trainer for the new joiners and provide them support, ensure that all training requirements are closed - Monitoring and forecasting the overall performance to ensure that the SLAs/KPIs and targets will be met - Handle conflicts and escalations - Implementation of improvement plans with a rapid result -Open to changes in the way of working in order to more efficient -Excellent communication with the management of the client and internally -Able to quickly understand the type of issue described, reproduce and provide immediate workarounds or solutions in order to mitigate the impact; coordination of the technical investigations and creation of knowledge articles -Application troubleshooting responsibilities: Citrix, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, AS400, VPN, Active Directory and PC hardware (Lenovo, HP) troubleshooting, system configuration, iOS devices maintenance activities, housekeeping for stock and broker, enforce corporate security policies on Mobile Device Management platform (MobileIron) for Idevices - networking configuration / troubleshooting: change LAN cables, wireless set up, install drivers, run commands in Command Prompt
