▪ Acquisition and enrichment of a dataset comprising over 20,000 email addresses, generating more than €600,000 in value for the company through two complementary methods: • Development of a Python algorithm to analyze HCO email address patterns and predict client (HCP) email addresses. • Use of open data and NLP techniques to identify new email addresses, correct typographical errors, and select the most up-to-date addresses. ▪ Application of machine learning and advanced statistical analysis to study customer engagement via email: • Identification of key factors influencing open and click-through rates. • Formulation of recommendations and strategies to improve engagement metrics. ▪ Analysis of IQVIA data on product market share, segmented by department, territory, month, and week, to study the impact of interactions between the company and its clients on market share: • Application of the Bass diffusion model to simulate product adoption. • Use of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) to evaluate the impact of marketing activities. • Application of econometric models to analyze temporal trends.
