Handle and monitor payment requests for customers. • For Supply Chain Responsibilities: As a Supply Chain Manager, I design and optimize strategies to meet business goals, oversee procurement, and maintain supplier relationships. My role includes managing logistics, production scheduling, and inventory to ensure efficient, on-time order fulfilment. I monitor compliance and quality standards, support sustainability efforts, and leverage data and technology to improve performance. Additionally, I lead and develop the supply chain team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and address customer needs to enhance satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.

• Review technical specifications of inquiries and respond to customers, ensuring timely follow-up with offers. • Match customer needs with ICON products and identify any out-of-scope items. • Prepare and submit RFQs to customers promptly. • Collaborate with the design office to ensure a clear understanding of ongoing projects. • Address customer technical and commercial clarifications. • Manage order processing from receipt to delivery, including purchasing, material availability, and financial follow-up. • Oversee the order management process, from order placement to fulfilment and shipping, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, warehouse, and purchasing departments.

• Review technical specifications, respond to customers, and prepare offers promptly. • Match customer needs with Zamil Steel products, and communicate when requests are out of scope. • Prepare technical offers with supplier support (local or foreign) and commercial offers after manager review. • Ensure timely submission of offers and tenders, meeting all deadlines. • Provide clear project information to the design office. • Address customer technical and commercial clarifications with manager and design office input. • Manage invoicing, ensuring requests, submissions, and collections are handled effectively.

*Steel Responsibilities: 1-Create 3d model using SAP program (PEB & Hot rolled structures) 2-Create Sheeting package of steel buildings. 3-Create Erection & Fabrication shop drawings. 4-Creating As Built drawings. 5-Create Bill of material. *Concrete Responsibilities: 1-Creat design for all buildings containing concrete slabs. 2-Create approval drawings package.
