Context In 2018, during the integration between NN Group and Delta Lloyd Life Group, the organization initiated a transformation to Agile SAFe. I served as the first Product Owner appointed in this transformation, before the organization evolved toward a more stable Agile operating model. Key responsibilities • Contributed to long-term strategic roadmaps with the Management Team and key stakeholders, aligning business and IT. • Translated enterprise strategy into product vision, roadmaps and OKRs, driving delivery planning through SAFe/AGILE PI Planning. • Managed and prioritized the product backlog, ensuring delivery of high-value initiatives. • Owned customer communication systems and document management platforms, covering outbound and inbound communication flows. Managed a complex document management ecosystem including 4+ document generation systems and - multiple archives (including CompuSet). • Improved inbound communication flows through mail digitization and automation, enabling paperless processes. • Coordinated integrations across CRM, workflows, front applications and middleware (TIBCO, OSB, APIs), document and communication flows. • Collaborated with Management, Business Leads, Architects, Developers, Business Analysts, Legal, Compliance and DPO, and supervised analysis, testing and user training. Key achievements • Opened new digital customer communication channels (Doccle and email). • Implemented a centralized document reception channel for distribution partners. • Enabled paperless operations through automated inbound mail digitization. • Digitized paper archives across multiple applications (“Click on Demand”). • Implemented new legal requirements (fiscal attestations, yearly statements, broker commissions, fund switch). • Migrated a back-office system and integration services between OSB and TIBCO. • Stabilized and improved performance of Document Management System and CRM.

Customer : Delta Lloyd | 08/2017 – 03/2018 Context Contributed to the launch of a new digital front-end platform for distribution partners, including insurance brokers and banking partners, enabling them to manage insurance products through the new E-care application. This role took place before the company’s Agile transformation, within a traditional project delivery framework. I acted as the bridge between business teams and all project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project changes, impacts, and improvements. Stakeholders included IT providers (business and technical teams), operations, Sales & Marketing, and external distribution partners. Key responsibilities included: • Supported the launch of a digital front-end platform for insurance brokers and banking partners. • Defined and managed the project communication plan and stakeholder alignment. • Organized training sessions and prepared operational documentation. • Coordinated partner integration across web services, security and front-office systems.

Customer : Delta Lloyd | 08/2016 – 04/2018 Context Worked as a Business Analyst on the Solife program, focusing on document generation and printing processes within the insurance systems. I acted as the interface between internal IT development teams and external vendor developers, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical implementation. Key responsibilities included: • Conducted business process analysis using BPMN and defined functional specifications. • Facilitated workshops with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements. • Supported testing activities and monitored development of document generation solutions. • Contributed to optimization of document management processes.

Customer : Delta Lloyd | 08/2016 – 04/2018 Context Contributed to a client database migration project, focusing on data analysis, preparation, and coordination between business and IT teams. Key responsibilities included: • Supported the delivery of a client data migration program, analyzing customer data structures and preparing datasets for migration from legacy systems to a new target platform. • Led data mapping and validation activities, ensuring data consistency and traceability throughout the migration lifecycle. • Acted as a bridge between business and IT stakeholders, aligning data requirements and supporting decision-making during migration preparation. • Coordinated migration activities across Development, Testing and UAT environments, contributing to the successful migration of the CINS client database.

Context As part of the STEAM project – Policy Domain, I contributed to the analysis and optimization of business processes related to the health insurance products Hospitalia and Dentalia.My role focused on analyzing existing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting the implementation of process changes within IT systems. Key responsibilities included: • Analyzed and documented business processes using BPMN 2.0, covering workflows, batch processes and policy-related operations within health insurance systems. • Conducted AS-IS / TO-BE process analysis to identify improvement opportunities and support implementation of optimized processes in IT platforms. • Translated business requirements into functional specifications, collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams to support system releases. • Supported testing and user adoption activities, including test case definition, defect tracking, documentation preparation and end-user training for Hospitalia and Dentalia products.

Key responsibilities included: • Analyzed Human Resources processes and workflows to identify operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. • Conducted stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements and understand organizational challenges. • Contributed to the optimization of HR processes and organizational practices, supporting improved operational efficiency. • Provided consulting recommendations to enhance HR performance and support business objectives.
