About me

Intro

I'm the person who builds the engine room - the processes, frameworks, and financial visibility that let creative teams do their best work without the wheels falling off. With 20 years in operations and delivery across creative digital agencies, I've scaled a 30-person studio to 125, steered £4.5m flagship programmes, and helped launch a SaaS product - all while keeping teams happy, clients satisfied, and boards well-informed. Clients have included Formula 1, OVO, the Olympics, BBC, Google, IKEA, the V&A and the Science Museum. I blend people-first leadership with data-driven decision making. Calm under pressure, pragmatic by nature, and genuinely energised by the point where clarity, culture, and commercial outcomes meet. I don't believe you have to choose between a thriving team and a profitable business. Done right, one creates the other. Currently consulting, bringing operational rigour and a fresh pair of eyes to organisations that are scaling, restructuring, or just need someone to make the complex feel manageable.
