- Lead kick off meetings, workshops, weekly and steering committees - Own project planning, ensure understanding of requirements, roles & responsibilities, work processes, and success criteria - Implement clients specifications and help customers become autonomous in the configuration - Collaborate with various team members (both UKG and customer teams) to set up technical infrastructure (SFTP, SSO, RPA...) and resolve project and process issues - Improve new processes and tools to increase project delivery effectiveness - Lead and contribute to initiatives to maximise customer satisfaction

- Implement the new HR system plateform internally: Configure, test, set up security - Lead workshops of HR processes formalisation and follow up meetings - Coordinate with project team: IT for SSO/SFTP, Software provider, HR Consultant, Graphic designer - Act as a UKG HRSD expert: Train users & internal team, post go-live support - Contribute in the global roll out for the UK and the US hubs

- Lead workshops of HR processes formalisation, consolidate and present results - Prepare the implementation project of a new HR Shared Services Centre supported by a HR software (UKG HRSD) with the Project Team - Upskill on the platform configuration, testing and act as a subject matter expert for the team

- Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, customers and suppliers - Support the company executives, manage calendars, travel plans and office management

- Teaching French to Y7 to A level classes and smaller groups - Working as part of the MFL Department and preparing classes and material for students - Holding one-to-one classes with Sixth Form students focused on speaking to prepare for their A level exams
