-Ensure smooth operation of SAP FI module, guaranteeing accuracy and consistency of financial data. -Act as key contact for finance teams, providing user support, issue resolution, and training. -Coordinate system enhancements and process improvements to optimize financial workflows. -Participate in SAP projects and upgrades. -Contribute to a Core Model implementation project for the migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANAin SALINS Group. -Define governance rules, manage user authorizations, and ensured compliance with accounting and legal standards. -Aligning system functionalities with business needs. -Manage the Kofax / Readsoft/ Tungsten solution for automated invoice processing and document workflow. -Lead the interface management between the treasury server and SAP, ensuring accurate and timely data flow ( Bank statements & Paiement Files). -Manage a finance-focused TMA team, coordinating support and maintenance activities.

Incident resolution related to : -Creation /Modification/Release of Purchase Requisition, -Creation /Modification/Release of Purchase Order, Inventory -Creation /Modification/Release SES, -Creation /Modification/Release of Parked document (integration with FI) -Stock Management Assist Task Managers in Project System (PS) : Project Management : Procurement Package, Tender details, bidders evaluation, PDE contracts management Assistance in BTS : Bills Tracking System Elaborate functional specification documents in collaboration with other departments Incident resolution for Travel Management : Missions, Claims Posting, Claims reimbursement, Budget, TRIP Settlement Assistance for SAP SRM Incident resolution related to Workflows: SBWP verification, Table update, Restart, Transfer of workitems… Support aux Key-users SAP (Finance et MM) Participate in change management actions Ensure that general principles are applied.
