Analysing Prototype Design assembly technical drawings. Designing new components for prototype air bags. Adjusting new designs to the sewing machines. Preparing a cut-set in AutoCAD(paying attention especially to the viewing direction, dividing materials, removing unnecessary cutting & sewing lines and warp & weft directions). Preparing nestings for prototype, pre-serial & serial air bag production. Preparing of the cutting programs (adequate cutting speed, power, trajectory of the cutting heads according to material specifics & characteristics) in the laser special softwares Focusquantum and Contillas in order to cut the air bag components on the Lectra 1 & 2 and Held fabric laser cutting machines. Drawing and printing validity-check templates Validating the quality of the cut-parts(material, tolerance etc.). Supervising the building process. Calculating air bag cost, building time, building expenses. Customer communication. Planning future material quantity needs and demands. Supporting Engineering department regarding process,product quality & coordination.

Manually drawing around and cut out objects from movie frames so that the required parts of the image can be used in the final movie scene.
