Worked with Moka.care CEO to build a Product organisation by : • Preparing the arrival of their current Head of Product • Effectively go from no-code to hardcoded website • Helping build & frame long term product strategy and ressources

Cizoo is a karaoke app allowing you to sing always in tune, with more than 500 000 users. I was the Chief Produt Officer there, also Co-founder and a Board member. Our clients were Adidas, Chanel, Ubisoft, Heineken... We raised €570K with Private Investors. My missions: - Building a great app strategy & product vision based on our users data - Designing UX/UI for more than our 500 features - Managing and collaborating daily with 3 developers, 1 designer using the agile method - Building a brand identity and managing our communication on every support (web, ads, social media, print...)
