Consultation with market of the global outsourced IT of EDF group. ITSUP is in charge of managing, deploying, providing and supporting services to EDF users (EDF group and its subsidiaries : 120000 users) : workstation (equipment, telephony, visio, applications, printing, ...) and infratsructures (Internet connection, servers, ...). Stakes of this reniewing focused on 3 main targets : 11 contracts massifications and its harmonization, cost reduction and digital transformation. > firstly, PMO on the program workpackage in charge of the impact analysis, and the action plan to update tools, methods and processus (including ITIL processes) linked with the services providing, and services management > secondlty, PMO on the contract building (specifications, KPI & SLA, and other contractual pieces need) > thirdly, PMO on the connection of the 2 ITSM and ITAM systems, between EDF and the the service providers > at the end, PMO on the Wizmi project : development and deployment of the ITSM ServiceNow portal for all EDF users Environment : purchase service colloration, contract management, SLA, KPI and penalties, specifications writing as requirements, cost model, claim model and process, notation, template, ITSM, ITIL (incident, service request, IT asset, problem, and release), communication, persona, ServiceNow, HP service manager, HP asset manager, call-center, self-help, self-care, cloud computing
