Help Desk Technician (2011 –2012): • Provided one-on-one end-user problem resolution over the phone in English and French for multiple products • Upgraded Microsoft Dynamics CRM from version 4.0 to 2011 for the entire Technidata international corporation • Successfully designed, created and implemented software and a database using Java and MySQL to manage Active Directory objects, and to add a log function to the Active Directory • The above tool was assessed and recognised by a government-commissioned panel of professionals who rewarded me with a certificate in software development Software & Web Developer (2010 –2011): • Created a tool used by the customer support team to find out how other customer support team members had previously solved issues, which would enable them to solve similar issues easily • Part of the above process involved developing a search text tool to get data from two large databases (one being MS CRM) using C# and JQuery • Upgraded a pre-existing C# statistical tool by developing statistical software using MS Excel 2010 with Powerpivot • I was the first employee to implement the technique and software above
