Focus on enablement of the entire channel (partners, distributors and alliances) on all Nutanix solutions. Build long-term business relationships and become a trusted advisor for each key partners, distributors and alliances. Management and creation of technical enablement plan. Owns, monitors, reports on, and drives technical enablement plans. Coordinate channel enablement activities with field and corporate resources. Create and deliver technical documents, product presentations and/or training sessions. Collaborate with other Partner SEs and trainers. Be a technical expert on Nutanix solutions and provide support for evaluations and post sales issues with channel SEs to quickly transition them to appropriate internal resources. Teaches Value Added Distributors how to manage and deliver technical enablement plan for their partner base. Provide on the job training for VAD SE’s by allowing them to shadow presentations and evaluation installations.

Presales & Architect on SMB and large companies’ projects. Technical expertise on the largest opportunities. Project management and design on mobility technologies. Partner Evangelist of the Acronis mobility solutions to both Customers and Partners Training of the partners' Sales Engineers resources.

Presales Team leadership : - Manage, coach and motivate a team of 4 presales. - Partners technical enablement and relationships management - Manage and drive ISV partners technical relationships Technical Expertise : - Expert on VMware products, VMware ecosystem (i.e. Veeam) and Storage solutions (i.e. NetApp) - Project management and design on servers and workstations virtualization - Speaker for Technologies & Solutions events. Technology watch to find new solutions to add to AVNET portfolio : - Qualify solutions benefits (technically and market trend) - Implement and develop technical relationships

Working for an IT service company, I was able to perform multiple tasks in highly heterogeneous area (development, system administration, assistance in project management). This experience gave me a strong adaptability and a clear view of various IT environments needs, constraints and solutions.
