Member of jury of an internal open innovation competition as an architect and specialist of open innovation in Architecture. Eqiom is concrete group (former branch of Holcim) and wanted to foster innovation inside the group by launching an open innovation competition. All Eqiom employees could conceive a project to improve the efficiency and well being inside Eqiom group. They could submit a project alone or with a multi-disciplinary team of talents inside the group. The competition was a great success and many proposals were submitted. A jury composed with Equiom peoples and external specialists was setup to choose the best projects. The selection phase is split in 2 sessions, the first to select projects from their description and the second one with a live pitch from the best projects teams. After the selection process, the selected projects will be prototyped to go further and integrate those innovations to Eqiom workflow and activities.
