- Work with up to 2 or 3 international teams in parallel - Work with heterogeneous team (+/- 10 people not always full time dedicated, with different reporting lines, English is the common language, heterogeneous agile maturity awareness / level) - Help the local (OpCo) Scrum Master in becoming autonomous in the facilitation of the agile ceremonies - Take ownership of the Scrum Master role if local SM role is not fulfilled - Secure overall integration activities with special focus of post-golive ativities - Facilitate the relationship with the miscellaneous Digital Factory Feature Teams and Architecture streams - Participate in the Spark Agile Community of Practice (CoP) - Contribute to the Integration industrialization framework continuous improvement

My tasks : As an Agile Coach: - Train the Agile team (Scrum Masters, Product Owners, members of the development team) as well as stakeholders in Agility. - Enable all Agile practitioners to adopt the right mindset in order to always react in an Agile manner whatever the situation they are faced with. - Support new Scrums Masters during rituals and evaluate after each support As SM: - Lead Scrum ceremonies, facilitate team discussion points, organize the team during Program Increment Planning (PIP) and support the team for the success of its work and demonstrations. - Coaching the team to promote the adoption of agile techniques - Organize problem-solving workshops and themed workshops. - Contribute to the preparation and execution of the PI planning

-Coach the team on Spotify Agile principles and processes - Support the organization of teams and the implementation of Agility for the launch of a new product. - Help define the Product Map with stakeholders. - Facilitate workshops and training. - Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Managers - Help teams resolve conflicts when necessary.

_ Lead Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, etc.) - Help newcomers integrate Agile principles - Organize open Agile sessions, presenting roles, ceremonies, Mindset - Help Product Owners maintain a clean and concise Product Backlog - Manage the Scrum Masters community of practice - Update and disseminate homelessness indicators: burndown, burnup, backlog. - Help the team estimate and increase velocity.
