Banking Card Payment Service Context: Servant leader for the Agile Transformation of Digital PIN SaaS service for the banking company in order to create different bank accounts such as ING, LCL, Carrefour in Europe to centralize and monitor their client's Card Digital PIN activation by SMS. 2 Teams: 1 EM, 1 PO, 1 PM, 3 Pre-sales, 2 Support and 12 team members. Key Responsibilities: ✦ Establishment of expectations: clearly communicated the team's objectives located in 3 international sites France, Philippines and Morocco. ✦ Presentation of the Agile: Scrum, Jira, Confluence, X-Ray: explained the basic concepts of Scrum, including sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews ,retro. ✦ Sprint Preparation: Facilitated PO and teams to create Epics, user stories and ensured user stories are well-defined, estimated and prioritized. ✦ Facilitated Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. ✦ Problem-Solving: Worked with teams to remove impediments, whether technical, organizational or interpersonal. ✦ Encouraged: Fostered a culture of continuous learning and improvement by encouraging feedback and retrospectives. ✦ Contributed to the development of Digital PIN portal used to create Bank accounts and view statistics of graphics usage.
