Cluster Lead: Building a new PM/O cluster within Deloitte Services (DS), a newly founded subsidiary of Deloitte Consulting • Shaping the DS PM/O vision, portfolio offering and expert track as a career path • Leading interviews and assessing potential candidates • Consulting on individual staffing decisions, project placements and training curriculum • Orchestrating dialogue between all PMO professionals • Engaged in women empowerment initiatives Deloitte Services Startup: • Setup of organizational structures and processes within financial controlling, intercompany billing, recruiting, and onboarding • Preparation and part of first Deloitte Services ISO9001 Audit PMO Senior Expert Client facing projects – Strategic PMO Setup: • As-is analysis of the business unit, conceptualization of a possible PMO setup and definition of the PMO orientation (agile, hybrid, classic) • Introduction of scalable standard processes, templates, and specifications for project management (best practices) to standardize quality standards • Role definition of the strategic PMO, creation of a PMO service catalog and PMO mission and vision • Roll-out planning in line with the needs of the current projects • Identification of suitable PMO employees and empowerment of these employees to independently continue and develop their area • Roll-out of the new PMO processes through various measures (training, self-study, wiki pages, PMO manual, Q&A sessions, deep dives, and shadowing) • Coach for agile project management methodologies (Jira, Confluence, Kanban, Design Thinking, …) Deloitte internal projects: • Strategy, setup, mobilization, and implementation of a cross-account PMO for entire Deloitte public sector consulting, incl. organizational structures and processes, hiring and people development programs, while introducing agile PMO approaches • Account PMO Lead of a team of 12 – portfolio consisting of >6 clients and >30 projects

• Account PMO Lead of a team of nine – portfolio consisting of 4-6 clients, >30 projects and overall >200 resources • Mobilization and setup of multiple account PMO’s, incl. organizational structures and processes, hiring and people development programs, while introducing agile PMO approaches • Orchestrating and leading leadership workshops to work on strategy, developing new ideas in co-creation and driving new (digital) initiatives • Trainer for various internal project management courses (mostly agile PMO, sales, financials and KPI’s) • Extensive financial management, i.e., sales and revenue forecasting, cash flow, project budget and scope • Development and execution of activities in end-to-end IT-project management, incl. portfolio strategy, project planning, controlling, budgeting, and reporting
