We are a lean startup that uses the Scrum methodology in order to make mobile applications. We work for startups as well as large corporations. As a member of the development team, I am constantly working with the product owner and stakeholders to align the product with the user's needs and the company's goals. Through one week iterations, we are continuously adding new features to the product, starting with those who add more value to the client. The technologies we use are React Native, Node JS, and Django.
