With a career as a developer, then as a software development director, I acquired strong skills in agility, a good understanding of organizations, and strong appetence for software quality: TDD, BDD, DDD, software craftmanship, Devops. The companies, although all different in their approaches, have in common the need to adapt to a very changing context. I believe that the best basis for them to adapt to these rapid changes is to place the human and the customer at the heart of their mode of operation. Therefore, today: • I am an agile coach (ICP-ENT and ICP-CAT certifications: corporate agile coach and agile transformation coach) • I am a trainer: I pass on the learning I have received on agility • I am a facilitator: I create and lead sessions and workshops according to the needs expressed by my clients • I am a professional coach: I accompany people who wish to change and achieve their goals Since 2009, I have been managing teams of 6 to more than 100 employees as Development Director or agile coach. Project: The CEA plans to design, build and commission a new material production line in the ATALANTE facility by 2030. Agile Coach at CATS Project: Crédit Agricole Technologies and Services is the IT and technological partner of the 39 Crédit Agricole regional banks. It ensures the design, manufacture and maintenance of the banking information system. CATS is spread over six sites (Nantes, Vannes, Lyon, Paris, Annecy and Montpellier) Main achievements: Agile coach at the Annecy site (support for around 140 people) 1.
