– I led a 15-person organization spanning Data, Business Operations, and Care Operations. – During my time at Joko, I hired 7 team members, including 2 managers, and structured the Business Operations team to cover essential areas such as Finance Ops, RevOps, and Marketing Ops. – I also rebuilt the Care Operations team entirely from the ground up. For six months, I acted as the sole internal team member, managing customer support for over 5 million users, handling an average of 40,000 monthly tickets, and coordinating around 50 outsourced agents across 3 BPO partners in Morocco and Madagascar. – My work focused on building scalable, data-driven, and tech-enabled operational foundations that supported long-term growth and cross-functional alignment.

– I built and led a 100+ person global Data & Operations organization operating across 30+ countries, combining in-house Data teams (analytics, engineering, science) with outsourced operations to support Foxintelligence's core products and business activities. – I designed and ran the end-to-end Data Operating Model, structuring the organization into specialized teams covering the full data value chain, from data acquisition and enrichment to SaaS product delivery (FoxApp, Discover). – I drove large-scale operational transformation through automation, tooling, and process redesign, increasing merchant coverage by 10x and cutting the time required to onboard a new merchant by 2x. – Following the acquisition of Foxintelligence and Slice by NielsenIQ, I led the foundational integration work to unify two independent Data & Ops organizations, aligning teams, tools, processes, and ownership models to enable post-merger scale.

– I worked at the intersection of analytics and scalability, leveraging large-scale advertising data to deliver actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders. – I ran advanced analyses and A/B testing end-to-end, and contributed to developing internal tooling and standardizing analytics methods across teams (R, Python, SQL, Hive, Tableau).
