At Epoca, a mission-driven MedTech startup focused on home patient care, I serve as a Product Owner / Product Manager for our digital health platform designed to support healthcare professionals and improve patient outcomes. 💡 Key responsibilities: - End-to-end ownership of product features, from ideation to production, in an agile environment - Gathering and translating complex business and medical needs into clear functional specifications - Writing user stories and acceptance criteria based on stakeholder input - Leading agile ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration (tech, QA, design, clinical teams) - Managing product roadmap, prioritization, and dependency mapping - Overseeing testing, validating new developments, and supporting product rollouts 🌍 Working closely with the Chief Product Officer, I help deliver impactful digital solutions that streamline workflows for care teams and enhance the experience of patients and their families.

Contributed as a volunteer in the Decoration team for the annual gala organized by the Ummanité association. Responsibilities included: Assisting with the design and setup of the event’s visual decor Ensuring the atmosphere aligned with the gala’s theme and values Collaborating with other team members to create a warm and welcoming environment for guests This experience allowed me to develop creativity, attention to detail, and teamwork skills in a dynamic and purpose-driven setting.

As a communication volunteer for the association "Un Ballon pour Tous," I have the privilege of leveraging my communication skills to support a cause close to my heart. My role involves promoting the association's actions and values to a broad audience on LinkedIn. I am responsible for creating and managing content for the association's LinkedIn page. This includes writing and regularly publishing articles, updates, and sharing relevant information. I strive to produce engaging and attractive content that raises awareness about the association's mission and captures the interest of users.

- Technical validation of the support provided to patients by the "Virtual Coach" (VC) component of the CAPABLE system (computerized clinical practice guidelines, data model based on HL7 FHIR resources, and the virtual coach that sends recommendations and suggestions to patients). - Reviewing real patient histories to identify data points that should trigger an intervention from the virtual coach. - Annotating the patient's history with all planned interventions. - Running the validation tool** and comparing annotations with the results produced by the virtual coach.

Immersion in the hospital environment to understand its challenges. Two-week internship completed in Digestive and Emergency Surgery departments.

- Answering calls on the Murfy hotline. - Providing clients with information on intervention rates. - Managing complaint files.
