- Analysis and formalization of business requirements, drafting of functional specifications, and monitoring of their implementation with the project management team. - Management of IT and functional projects: planning, budget monitoring, risk management, and compliance with QCD requirements. - Cross-functional coordination of 12 employees across three sites, liaising with business units, project management teams, and service providers. - Decision-making reporting: implementation of project KPIs and regular communication with sponsors. - Change management: user training and support, preparation for the adoption of solutions. - Continuous improvement and validation: optimization of management tools (-15% budget variances) and contribution to functional testing/acceptance.

- Contribution to the management of the sovereign Radio Network of the Future (RRF – 4G/5G) program in a European context. - Monitoring of the roadmap and milestones via Planisware/MS Project, development of KPIs, and reporting to sponsors. - Facilitation of planning workshops and coordination of stakeholders (partners, suppliers, internal teams). - Support for change management: training of 10 employees in Planisware UP and user support. - Financial monitoring: control of costs, revenues, invoicing, and analysis of associated risks.
