 Completed Implementation of UCB Bangladesh and went live by June 2025 with 42 members(offshore/Onsite) for United Commercial Bank PLC, Dhaka, Bangladesh, with Core Banking Upgradation from 14.2 to 14.7 and OBDX & Ario's*  Sending Daily Reporting, coordinating between the team and Partner locally for teams, and managing the client at Onsite-Dhaka, Bangladesh.*  Part of Weekly, Monthly & PSC working with PwC, also to share the status with Bank & Oracle Management as well. Support teams Calls Mos.*  Coordinating Business, Oracle Internal teams (Arios, MoS & OBDX) and Bank Internal & External teams (IT, Infra & Finance team).*  It was in discussion with the Bank Business team for the Critical Business scenarios for Credit, TFO &General Banking, Finance & IT Team for Go Live before Simulation, to ensure critical items are addressed.  SPOC for the Project the ground managing all aspects of projects.

Managing Quality Control for the Mashreq bank for 6 different stream of Collection & Oracle Banking Products of Digital Experience, Liquidity Management, Virtual Account Management, Payments & Trade Finance replacing the existing legacy system across all the IBG countries with 7 reporting managers.

Project Director – ICT Division • Managed Flexcube Core Banking Implementation & Mobile Banking • Part of the senior management committee to choose Contact Center and kick start the project • Handled IT Projects/Accounts Budgeting worth USD 8Million for the whole bank. • Planning, evaluating, identifying, managing and implementing new technology for the bank based on the business requirement and management growth strategy and mitigating the technology risk factor. • Preparing budget based on the bank expansion plan, tracking the expenses and report preparation. • Managing PMO meeting, Steering Committee, issue escalation, resolution and concurrence by senior management and business for the production implementation. • Training and empowering the native resources to handle the task independently to manage any issues. • Day to Day supervision for the core banking performance and evaluation. • Managing roll out plan for all the non CBS branches to bring the whole bank in common platform ensuring proper connectivity and managing data center and disaster recovery site. • Managing OBIEE team from Vendor Company for management, Business and regulatory report. • Acting as a strategic connector to align between IT - Management and Business. • Managing complete vendor relationship for the bank, rating and proposing the right vendor for business solution.
