• Studying the bank's systems from a business point of view and using the systems. • Studying the bank's systems from a technological point of view (components, cubes, connections between systems, DB, API and etc.). • Understanding customer business needs and turning them into work packages. • Add technical specifications to support business needs. • Meetings with external contractors such as UI/UX, various departments at the bank such as: infrastructure department. • Preparing the Jira system to work in Agile methodology. • Leading all ceremonies and training to the Agile teams. • Writing work packages in the Jira system (Epics, Stories, Bugs) while correctly disassembling, and dependencies of the work packages. • Adjusting the developments according to the bank's delivery needs. • Presentation of the development roadmap at the bank to the product owners/managers • Upload to production • Managing end-to-end the project: matrix management from the stage of planning, development, testing, implementation to the stage of going into production. • The systems are of the following type: Mobile, Web, ERP, CRM and etc.

• Studying SeatGeek systems from a business point of view and using the systems.
