– Contributed to "One by ClariLog", a plug-and-play, cloud SaaS solution for IT asset (ITAM) and service management (ITSM), supporting thousand of end users. – Migrated and updated front-end packages (Angular 13 → 17, Node, DevExtreme) to ensure compatibility, performance, and long-term maintainability of the application. – Developed complex front-end and back-end features, including dark mode, ticket hierarchy and grouping, and email autocompletion in email prototype templates. – Managed data and MongoDB collections, creating and modifying objects, adding fields, updating values, and implementing triggers for ticket automation. – Improved UX and reliability through implementation of a Master-Detail panel, user permissions management, calculation and grouping of attached files, and creation of the HtmlFieldSetting entity to standardize HTML field styles.
