About me

Intro

With 8+ years in product across marketplaces and high-volume mobile and web products, I specialise in checkout, conversion, and payments. I work at the intersection of customer experience, payment reliability, and commercial impact, and I’m comfortable with complex partner dependencies and constrained environments. Since 2025, I’ve been a Product Manager for Checkout, Conversion & Payments at Mr D (Mr Delivery). I own cart-to-order conversion across iOS, Android, and web, including digital wallets, payment method performance, PSP reliability, and fraud and dispute controls. In practice, that means improving the checkout funnel (cart → order → payment), with payments as one of the biggest levers. Previously, I led product and GTM work at CoAcumen, translating strategy, product, and data frameworks into repeatable playbooks and client delivery assets, including positioning and roadmap work for payments SaaS products. Before that, I spent several years building marketplaces at Ringier and Econet, across six countries, driving growth through monetisation, pricing, and conversion improvements for buyers and sellers. I’m at my best when the problem is complex, ambiguous, and cross-functional. I enjoy rallying teams around shared goals, defining the right measures, and shipping improvements that move conversion and payment performance.
